During their program, participants can complete trial workdays covered by Petites-Mains, under terms we agree on together.
These trial workdays allow you to see their skills in action and begin on-the-job training. They also give participants an opportunity to get to know your business and confirm their interest in the role.
Support After Hiring
Our support continues once the participant joins your team. We remain available to check in with both of you, answer questions, and help her settle into her new role.
